Concept
• I developed and executed an influencer wellness event concept centered on inner-to-outer healing, positioning skincare as part of a holistic self-care routine for
both the body and the skin.
• After launching the first event with BODYBAR in the Bay Area, a Los Angeles studio reached out to replicate the concept, expanding it to a second market.
Execution (Solo-Led):
• Independently ideated the concept and led end-to-end execution:
â—‹ Including studio partnerships, influencer sourcing & contracting, international product coordination, merch design, decor, asset creation, photography, and on-
site production.
â—‹ Negotiated partnerships, managed logistics across teams in the U.S. and Korea, and executed each event start to finish.
